Die Olympischen Spiele 1984 in Los Angeles sollen für ATARI-Computer-
besitzer nicht nur ein Fernseherlebnis werden. Schließlich ist ATARI
offizieller Lieferant der deutschen Olympia Mannschaft.
Aus diesem Grunde hat ATARI für alle Olympia Fans das »Olympia Lexikon«
entwickelt. Ein neues Freizeitvergnügen für die ganze Familie ist angesagt.
Nachdem Sie die Ergebnisse der jeweiligen Wettbewerbe eingegeben
haben, ist sofort ersichtlich:
• der aktuelle Medaillenspiegel (nach teilnehmenden Nationen).
• In welcher Sportart ein Land welche Placierung erreicht hat
und mit welchem Sportler
• Wer in der jeweiligen Sportart gewonnen hat.
• Alle Rekorde, die innerhalb der Medaillenränge erzielt worden sind,
können auch nach Ländern abgefragt werden.
• Handelt es sich bei einem Medaillengewinn um einen nationalen,
Europa-, Welt- oder Olympischen Rekord?
Zusätzlich sind bereits alle Ergebnisse der 22. Sommer-Olympiade
Moskau 1980 eingespeichert, damit hier ein direkter Vergleich möglich ist.
Für alle Sport-Interessierten sei noch bemerkt, daß dieses Programm nicht
nur für die Olympischen Spiele konzipiert wurde, sondern auch für
Deutsche-, Europa-, und Welt-Meisterschaften, in denen Olympische
Disziplinen der Sommerspiele (z.B. Leichtathletik, Schwimmen, Reiten etc.)
ausgetragen werden.
