Retrouvez et entretenez une grande forme grâce au logiciel CULTURE PHYSIQUE qui sélectionne automatiquement le niveau le plus adapté à votre corps.
Il suffit d’indiquer à l’ordinateur quelques données de base : votre âge, sexe, poids et pouls. Vous verrez aussitôt apparaître sur votre écran le moniteur informatique! Il fait une démonstration des exercices recommandés et s’entraîne avec vous à votre rythme. Vous retrouvez ainsi, une plus grande souplesse et améliorez votre résistance et coordination.
Le moniteur ne se lassera jamais de s’exercer avec vous.
Il enregistre vos performances et vos progrès afin de toujours vous faire travailler à votre niveau.

How-to :

1 – Boot with the disk inserted then follow the instructions.

But If you need to create a new profile :

2 – When the screen displays

“INSEREZ VOTRE
DISQUE ET TAPEZ
SUR START .”

Then press “RESET”. Once your Atari is “ready” then type RUN “D:FICHE then press Enter and create a new profile. Once done, power cycle your Atari to start automatically or type RUN “D:EXERCICE then press Enter.

It is impossible when using this program not to make the link with “Gym Tonic”, a “cult” French TV show in 1982 with “Véronique and Davina” and featuring some french celebrities each sunday morning. I can’t resist to put a sample video of the show (don’t miss the end credits ! 😳 ). I can still remember the 1984 Xmas episode featuring…the Crazy horse…Toutouyoutou… 😆
